Advocacy CEO Chris Shaw will be jumping in at the deep end to take part in the 2010 Cross Mersey Swim.

Starting at the Echo Arena and finishing in Birkenhead, Chris will brave the (hopefully not too)  cold waters to raise money for Advocating Physical Exercise (APEx).
