Quality Counts at AiW!

Advocacy in Wirral is celebrating achieving the independently-certified ISO 9001 award for its management system.

AiW was subject to a rigorous assessment of its processes and procedures to demonstrate compliance with ISO 9001 requirements - an internationally recognised quality standard that specifies how organisations control the quality of products and services. Included in the standard is the requirement for monitoring and measurement, and continual improvement.

Chris Shaw, Chief Executive of Advocacy in Wirral, said:
“Compliance with the standard has helped us provide our clients with an improved level of service and increased levels of customer satisfaction.  We are proud to have achieved ISO 9001 in the current economic climate, when our services are increasingly needed.”

Advocacy in Wirral has been assessed by World Certification Services Ltd. (WCS) who are a Liverpool based certification body, accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).

Gaining accredited certification allows Advocacy in Wirral to use the prestigious UKAS tick and crown logo on stationery and sales/marketing material.
